12-Month Warranty
We stand by our products! Your handset is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects. If your product is faulty, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Replacement Process
- Take a clear video of the defect.
- Email info@lumiliaskinco.com with a short description of the issue and attach your video and provide a SN number of your device.
- Once approved, send back your product as directed, ensuring all contents are included.
- We’ll ship a replacement once we receive your defective item.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns for non-faulty items, so please choose carefully. We also do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color and the packaging is unopened and in its original condition, please email us to arrange an exchange. However, shipping costs for returning and re-shipping the item will be at your expense.
